| Is this game good?
I'm going to cancel my X-Box Live subscription because it got old extremely fast, and I'm looking for something fun to play. What entices me about this is the free online play. I am not sure though, is this game any good?

Long answer, yes;
If you liked Diablo II, you will most likely love this game. Now, not really the newshcool diablo II, I'm talking about before the cows and shit. It's got the same kinda goodness Diablo II used to have, before you beat it 900 times. It's also got the goodness of the class system. I love the game, it's my new addiction. It gets a bit stale once you get to 20 if you dont like to PvP, but thats basically the basis of the game. |

| Thats right. Its like actually playing Diablo II from front to end without rushing, cows, dupes, or any of the lame stuff. The PVP is also much better, more balanced, and more fun. The game is boring later on, but only if you don't pvp. | |

| Yeh.. Well I think it's REALLY good..
But there are enough people that say it's lame, crap etc..
You should check other websites with information about the game and then decide..
I already played 200 hours with 1 character in this game O_o and I'm still having fun. 
The PvP is really good in this game.. You actually have to co-operate.
And I like the story aswell. 
You should see it for yourself. ^^ | |

| I've decided to buy it based on all of your good feedback, but what kind of character do you suggest I start as? I don't want to be in an overpopulated class and rarely get any invites...

| Monk, youll want the healing, but you can go Warrior / Monk or if later on after you hit level 20 wanna go PURE healing id go Monk/Warrior

| Hmm.. I never had problems with partying up.. ( W/M )
But.. If you want to have loads of invitations you should pick Monk yeh.
Every party wants a monk or 2. ^^ | |

| All the classes are pretty much round, although if you want parties, go with Monk prim or Monk secondary. | |

| I also like the drop system...dropped items are "reserved" for specific party members, so no quibbling over booty.
You can also "tweak" your character's skill points if you're not happy with the way the build is developing, which is very cool.
And that's not to mention the great music and the absolutely gorgeous graphics...can't beat either of 'em.
So yeah, it's a great game. The best part is we're all still learning about it, and there's lots of surprises yet in store.

| Go Ranger/Monk. You can heal, from far back and attack, use your pet as a tank. Plus youll level fast. Quests become a snap. R/Mo.

| *COUGH* rangers suck, people dont like them in their partys, only 1 is good more is just non sence.
The drop system sucks too. You should be able to decide what the split is, FFA, alpha, leader, or certin member. I know it works becuase anarchy works great with it.

| I was actually thinking about getting the game. I played Diablo for some time and got bored of that eventually. The only problem I have is that my computer is TERRIBLE and I don't know if it will work on this dinosaur. I could barely play Counter Strike  Anyway I don't know if I'd pvp, I hate the competativeness of it all now. Anyway I just hope If I get it it will work on this piece of shit

| The tournament/team style pvp is good, but the GvG needs to be on a larger scale like 32 members at least, but they could keep an option for those who want to compete with less. I'm sad there are no PK's either because of the entire world being instanced. Lineage 2 had great PvP but the grind got boring. | |
