1) Reach level 10.
2) Take the mission where you have to kill Verata the Necromancer
3) Once you find him on radar wait for all the minions he has to attack the guys there.
4) Once the die you can attack him and he wont fight back.
5) Make sure you dont attack him while his minions are there or he will run away.
