Trading Scam 1

1) Trade with someone scales and claim to have 18 scales for trade.
2) Submit to trade them 1 scale but have 18 scales in your inventory.
3) When they look at the inventory and mouse over it the item will say 18 scales to them.
4) Note the only way to tell if someone is actually trying to scam you is if you look at the item actually you will see a little 18 sketched into it.
5) Few people look at that so enjoy and have some fun if you are after fast and easy cash.

Huh? All that tells you is that they are trading you 18 scales. There is no way to differentiate between the scam and real thing, judging by what you said.

Have one up on trade, but when they look at your inventory it will say you have eighteen for trade (they think). But you will only have one for trade.

Only way they can tell that you have only one, it will be scetched on the item you are trading. However many you got for trade, will be scetched on it. Which they will not noticed it (well, unlikely they will.)

So in the trade window, it appears as 1 Scale? Then where the hell does it appear as 18?

lol i know the scam, but i dont use it.. ill explain it so its better to understand

HAve alot of crafting material in your invintory(15+)

ill use scales as an example

when u trade with somone, offer ONE scale,it will appear as 18,wven though its 1 scale

the only way the victim can tell is that a "1" will be in the actual item.

mardoxide and sweaty when they look at your scaled it will say scales (18) because you ahve 18, but then if they look closer there wont be something engraved into the scales themself. if you were trading 18 it woul have a gold 18 in the top left of the scales picture.
its kinda hard to understand without SS
