Lag, erm smoke nades

Every smoke name i come by just pure lag and there is NO way i can fix it, or is there?

Change the smoke grenade quality to poor. Its somewhere in the options.

I tryed that, still has same quality only thing that changes is the left over smoke puffing out of the nade..

whats ur fps?

if ur fps is at like 102 then change it to about like 70 it should be better
