sv_maxrate (Anywhere between 6000-8000 should be fine[Lower maxrate is, longer it takes to download secruity module but pings will be a slight bit more stable;Higher the maxrate is shortens the secruity module but pings might be more unstable)
sv_maxupdaterate 15 or higher (Higher it is is more laggy but more bullets register
sv_minrate 0 (ALWAYS keep it at 0)
