I would say hes cheating. In the first clip he "flicks" his wrist perfectly at a guy thats not even on his screen. Even if he heard them he couldn't have done it like that.

In the second clip he shoots the guys head hitbox which was in front of the model when the server was laging the head model behind.

In the third clip he makes perfect lock-on shot after the next.
