put them into your map list i do believe, if you must a good place to get cs TECH questions...

In your \cstrike directory, find/create a file called mapcycle.txt and edit that list. That should be all you need to do. The maps that you want to add to the server should be in Counter-Strike's maps folder. There's an in-game cvar designed to allow you to choose and change maplists from in-game, but I'm not sure what it is.

connect to the server via FTP or if some company is hosting it go to their control panel and just put all the map files into cstrike\maps\
