| WC3 mod servers
How many people play on these servers? I do alot, and actually im the admin of one. A couple i play on are Oli's Ultimate Warcraft 3 Server (amin), Forged in Fire WC3: Frozen Throne server, and Chicago WC3 CS. I belive that its an amazing mod, and adds that touch that makes counter-strike all the much more playable, i cant wait for it to be released for source...

| people that play wc3 mod servers usually get caught up in trying to level and get new powers, but in the end i prefer normal servers.

| what i like about the war3 servers is because it gives you something to work for. Every kill i score, every time i do an objective, it helps me in the long run. In normal servers, all you do is compete for rank.

| WC3 servers are pretty fun cause you can buy items and stuff with your kills. Only thing is, the newbs get worse and the godly get godlyer .gif "Wink")

| I used to play the Ka Tet Warcraft III server, made it to level 10 orc. Those nades are painful!

| Well, its all in what you get used to i guess ;__;
I used to be a mod on Oli's Ultimate Warcraft 3 server, untill he sold it to one of the people, then i left becuase they had no more use for a photoshop guy, anywho, like explained, the warcraft 3 mod comes in a few shapes and sizes: The regular WC3 mod uses the basic races: Undead, Human, Orc, and Night Elf. WC3: Frozen Throne goes a bit more in depth, offerring 9 races, and a whole nother shop of items to choose from. Ultimate Warcraft 3 mod is more or less freeform, where there are no races, and as you level by kills, you can select the appropriate skills.
Thank god someone agrees with me though, like Edd_N said, killing ppeople makes you feel more fufilled in a WC3 server, as you gain experiance as well as money for killing someone, not just money and a higher kill count.
