Well I haven't had any problems with steam since the first month it was released, and have found it can be useful. I like the friends system alot(when its up), and the server browser is good too.

personally i thought 1.5 sucked. I really didnt like it. I like steams friends list and server browser aslo, its easy to find game and your favorites. And also easy to locate friends with out personally joining servers
