problem hosting

I can host a game but nobody can join because I have a router, does anyone know how to fix this???
I have a:

Speedtouch 510/510i v4
Multi-PC ADSL Gateways Modem

does anyone know how to open ports or disable the friewall from this thing. I cant reech it with typing the IP of the router in my explorer, my computer says "this homepage can not be found".

Get into your configuration, (http://192.168.1.1/ the default password is 'admin')

It's different for everyone.. but somehow find 'Port Forwarding,' and the range is ports '6112-6119.'

The I.P. Address is your own... to find it go into 'start menu,' 'run,' and type 'ipconfig.'
