AWP or SCOUT

depends what im playin awp is lame on a 32 person pub, but does wonders in scrims

The scout pwns the AWP mainly because it does not kill in one hit. If you really did have sniping skillz, you'd be able to hit your target twice. With the scout, you run like you have your knife out, with the AWP you run 5x as slow.

+ 1 hit kill(Usually)
- slow
- have to negative out steps
- costs a lot
- loud
- small clip
- delayed(CS)

Scout:
+ cheap
+ run faster than with knife out
+ can run and make accurate shots
+ silent
+ can do 1 hit kills without headshots(CSS)
- small clip
- less accurate than the AWP(Not by much, and only when standing still)


Yeah, which of these guns are harder to use? The awp is a much harder gun to master, but is more reliable when mastered.

Still sticking with the 'n00b' stick.

I can awp lika bitch ( css & 1.6 ( a great picker that iam )) With scoutm only time i have a chance if its on scouts knives, other wise ill nvr choose scout ( rarely )

It really depends on the situation really. But i prefer the scout, cuz i like the feeling after, that someone got scouted. the guy ussualy b*tches at me after, but its funny.

AWP however, is as loud as shooting an elephant. Anyone can hear it, and youll be detected. Scout on the other hand. Silent and deadly.

And while strafing, u can still kill people

but it takes skill to kill someone else with an awp.

if you can 100%head shots with the scout, then no need for the AWP.

The awp kills in 1 shot if you shoot in the right place but reloads slow,also needs you to stay stopped for a moment for good accuracy and shoots slow.
The scout kills in 2 shots reloads fast,has more accuracy and shoots fast.

Actually in 1.6 it didn't have a delay either, but it was implemented a few months after.
