| Because they bought it. I have no faith in them because the story and dialog in their games are non-existent and fallout was a dialog driven game. |

| I don't care, I'm going to buy it as soon as it hits the shelves.
Wow, probably the most exciting game release in a couple years, and this is the discussion we get...
So... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fallout_3
FPS gameplay? Real time fighting sequences when AP expires? Wuuut? I'm still super excited, but did these kind of changes need to be made? This game will either be really amazing or else Bathesda will completely ruin everything that was beautiful about the first two.

| I've heard OF fallout, but I never played it. If it is so revolutionary I'll probably get the other games to see if I'm interested in it.

| Fallout 1 and 2 were revolutionary RPGs. Go buy them, they're dirt cheap on ebay.

| It'll be delayed due to a real nuclear holocaust. Just you wait. The gods don't want this game released. |

| The ui is so intuitive. If I remember right, you just use right and left clicks for everything, keyboard shortcuts to bring up you character sheet and inventory. I can't think of anything in the ui that would be difficult to use.

| I've never had a chance to try out fallout 1 or 2, but I hear they are really good.
I'd even like to grab it. Maybe.

| I am a huge Fallout game, I found myself replaying it a week ago for about the 10th time and I'm not pleased with the work in progress, but I will upgrade to play this game. |

| Seriously the only game that I know of that you can play through 10 times and not get bored with.
anything in particular you're not pleased with? When I saw that it was first person, I'll admit I was pretty pissed. I have this nagging suspicion that bathesda will **** it all up.

| Fallout 2 didn't improve upon the first game enough, in my opinion. It seemed exactly like the first but only with a different storyline. It was like the developers had hit a goldmine with F1 and they wanted to repeat that success, but they didn't want to risk anything so they changed nothing. It's for that reason that I'm not so critical of some of the changes being made. As long as they are remaining true to the Fallout universe, as they say, then I will not pass judgment until I see the final product.
I also loved Fallout for the detail the developers put into all of the scenes. As long as the same care is put into the F3 graphics I'll be happy.

| Considering Fallout 2 was a year after Fallout one, there was no time to pretty much add anything new to it.

fallout 2 was pretty rad imo. They didn't add anything because it was perfect to begin with.
