Spore

Spore is a new game by Sim City/Sims creator Will Wright. In it, you take a creature from a microscopic organism living in a drop of pond water to a species conquering the galaxy. I'd heard about this before, but I'm extremely impressed with how awesome this gameplay video looks.

I heard about it last year. It seemed like a good game at the time. As it comes closer, i might actualy buy it if it is good.

Looks kinda like a type of game where the average time it takes to do one "game" is about a week.

I'd get it if my computer hardware was worth a couple thousand dollars. They develope games that take uber hardware and expect people to have all that? I don't think so.

And then whats the point of never evolving onto bigger and better things?

I saw a trailer for it way back when. It looks amazing. The ability to rule the universe. My brother also said that all the galaxys are linked together over the internet. So someone could come in and destroy your whole civilization when ever they felt like it. Or you could do the same. Im definately buying it if my bros pc runs it.

Ha... gotta love the part when he blows up the planet. Gets me every time. "There goes my reputation as a non-violent game developer. Um ...oh, but we made a new ring! It was a nice crafts project."

Rofl. Looks like it'll be worth getting.
