Binds??

Would someone please tell me how to add certain things like the hook mod.

People tell me to add...

Bind "\" "+hook"


But I don't know where to put it.any help would be appreciated

As §tar§oft said, you need to have console enabled unless you want to add the bind directly to your configuration file. There are a couple ways to enable console:

1) Through options. I believe it's under the Keyboard tab... gotta click the Advanced button or something.

2) Modify your shortcut's target line parameters. Right-click the Counter-Strike icon in your Steam Games menu and click Properties. Then, click Launch Options, add console to the line, and run the game.
