u know, the creepy scary feel...i think in one of the trailers it showed a shadowy figure walking on the other side of a glass window...creepy...and then u see a whiteish figure in the next room disappear and then u get attacked by a dozen or so terrorists.

has anyone played the singleplayer?

yeah. i tried the demo a while back and it was pretty good.


for all-out creepiness and shock factor, id still have to go with doom 3 though.

Yeah Doom 3 is 1337! First time I played the demo it was dark in my room and my door was closed and I was almost shaking at the end of the damn level lol. But FEAR seems nice as well played the single player demo ... not bad but it does look like an horror movie mostly like the exorcism loll (the little child playing around screwing and f*cking you ) but its still good

Yeah, when I got doom 3 i played it at about 2am with all the lights off and my headphones.

very intense.....i lost track of how many times some lameass imp came out and pwned me when i only had the pistol.



anyway, FEAR's not as intense, but i would say its just about as creepy.....majorly screwed up, dude.

this game is amazing, the atmosphere is so real your shadow will scare you... walking through a dark hall with mutilated bodies and blood everywhere is only one of the scary things in this game, just dont look at the little girl...
artificial intelligance is good too!

I have been playing this the past week. I like the mutli on it. Such great game mechcanics in multi. You can bob n weave to prevent headshots ^^ the slow mo is 1337 also

its more like a army of super soldiers and a freaky psyco girl that ****s with ur head....kind a thing....pissed me off u can't kill her.....that one part where you walking down the hallway then you start trippin and blood is everywhere and she starts running straight at you...i unloaded all my ammo into here to watch her go *poof* right in front if me ......had to bust out the slide kick till i got ammo ^^
