final fantasy 7 ruby weapon

haha. im playing a classic. anyone know exactly where ruby weapon is? ive heard it is near the desert near gold saucer but you cant get into the desert. someone gimme a step by step guide on how to get this and ill give you all the gil i have. first come first served

You need either a Chocobo or the car you get from Gold Saucer (I don't quite remember it well, but that's it, I do believe). Or you can travel by air, I think.

Want an advice? Go with two dead people and the last one with Phoenix Summon/Final Attack materia linked. Trust me :p

Take the airship over the desert. You can see Ruby Weapon's head sticking out, you just run into it and it goes into the fight.
