Yeah, but whats the point of having Bone Spirit when you have minions already active?
Unless that is your PvP one.

the minions only have 1 point in them chris, the point of them is for people to accidently click them instead of me or there missles / we to hit them instead of me. they do hardly any damage at all but i attack with my 5.5k bone spirits
Yeah but you need to take into consideration AoEists or WWers. These can bypass the skeletons and attack you directly if you are not careful.

chris my friend thats why i have the curse iron maiden barbs cannot touch me there only chance is to use berzerk (converts all melee dmg to magic) but im way to fast for them to get it in so they end up getting owned and i have tons of stacked res for other chars
Yes but that handles Barbs, non Hammerdins, and Martial Arts Assassins.
And you can't really do anything about the others unless you have Decripify.
The only thing you have going is hope that your Bone Spirit can connect before the enemy manages to strike you with an attack, that your absorbs can't handle.
