| any clue what my next character should be?
ok, ive decided to cash in my currency for some runes to make some new dII characters, ive alrady done it once, and i cant seem to decide what to make next.
to help out, herse some info:
i currently have 3 main characters: a blizz sorc (mf), a lightsorc (coutness runner, nice damage for dueling though) and a hammerdin (all around godly everything, full godly equiped)
i cant seem to decide on what i want to make now, ive got my runs covered between my 3 characters, so im ready to move into what i loved most about my glory days of DII, Dueling.
my hammerdin is already very sufficient in this area, doing 12 k damage and being fully decked with gear, but i like to have diversity.
i was considering javazon, but i have one in nonladder (one again, fully decked out) and shes not that much fun to me.
i would make a bowazon, but from what i know, they suck in duels now =/
i was interested in azns, but for some reason making a trap azn seems dull to me, and the idea of chasing them down to kick thems ucks... but this still brings interest
a ele druid seems to be one of my top choices, but im not sure how they stack in duels against ppl w/ good res...
as for a barb, this was my first plan, but was told by friends not to do it...
so basically, i want to know what the best dueler would be (besides hammerdin since ihave him already)
Ele Druid (im leaning torward this)
Zealer (had one in classic, he was fun)
trap azn (never tried before, but they seem kinda boring)
bowazon (i would LOVE to make one, but i hear they suck)
barbarion (i would LOVE to make this too, but i hear they suck)
anyone got any suggestions / advice?

| I have a good mf barb with 13k+ defense and 9k+ attack. I dunno but i like him. BUt i i use him for mfing (finditems weps on switch and istd ali babas) and ik set. Im in the middle of trying to make a sword dueling barb. Ill see how it works and try to get back to you. | |

| Try Ele-Druid, preferably Fire and going by FWI's guide he posted. I wan;t to see if his guide can make a godly fire druid. And besides, everyone else uses the cookie-cutter wind durids so going fire would mean a lot of diversity. | |

I've personally helped 7 people [that I know of] make fire druids - and they all wow me with what they can do once they get the hang of out to duel with them [which is the hardest part about them]

| well i was goign to make the fire druid...btu i seem to be having problems aquiring the ravenlore helm =/ so if my runes get here and i dont have ravenlore im going with wind =/

-FWI | I figured that the hardest part was getting the hang of the dueling part as well...given the spells it uses and the way you need to use them in the heat of battle. I think it would be a good challenge for players who are looking for something ''hard'' to do. | |

| If you want something fun to do, make a build no one else makes, possibly with a friend. As I recall, you and Lee are rich enough to make a character thats say, made for speed only, right? It doesn't have to be a dueler does it?  | |
