| There is a 200 foot tall monster
and it has giant swords for fingers, and acid blood pouring from its mouth, and can use a breath attack of any element, and it makes an earthquake with every step it takes, and its skin is made of an impossibly tough armor, and anything that touches its shadow instantly dies.
If this were true, and they threw it in at the end of either D1 or D2, what strategies/tactics would you use to bring it down?

| Diablo 1: Archangels Staff of Apocaylpse with lots of potions. It would die within seconds.
Diablo II: Lots of synergy magic users and posion bowzons.  | |

| Indeed I do. Me and Dragnskull constantly play it when we can, it's really fun and enjoyable in my opinion. Also, this doesn't deserve to be in Strategies & Tactics.

| Why not? The question is "what strategies/tactics would you use". How much more related to strategies and tactics could it possibly be?

Az, thats a shitty monster btw.
I would use a Hammerdin due to he can take any monster in the game with his hammers in under 3 minutes including Diablo Clone. | |

| how about this then:
what azrael said with a ranged attack that included 1400-2500 poison damage?
and had a 50% resistance to poison, and 40% to other elements?

| You always could get 8 Hammerdins to gang rape it. You didn't say it had any splash, so it would have to shoot each hammerdin individually, thus their hammers pwning it to magical dust. | |

How much health does it have? 50000+?
How much do you have? 1000 max?

I still dont think 8 palidins can topple that moster. they might get close, but no ciger.

| id rather just get a frenzy barb with crazy leachs like the one i had, took dclone out within 5 mins, dclone didnt even get him past 7/8 life, and i only had 3.5k. i love leachs. get an army of those guys, and he would be pwned. just put a coh on em all and wammo, within less then a minute, hes dead.
