Diablo game load failed

Hey all, btw, i'm new to this so if you have hard time understand what i say, please don't mind, thx. Ok, so i downloaded Diablo II LOD patch 1.10 which is the lastest, i also downloaded the no-cd crack which can be found on some familiar cr@ck site. The no-cd cr@ck file (Game.exe) does work and it takes away the require cd message on game startup, but the problem is, whenever i try to load a new game (after choosing difficult lvl), the game froze and it turn out the message error (see image attached). If any of you know how to fix this of by downloading or mixing some other things up, please tell me, thx in advance.

It looks to me to be an item error. Are you playing single-player with a bad editor? If your not, I am unsure of how to help you. If you are, you may want to chenge the stats of the said item(s), and possibly fix the problem that way, or just by making a new char completely. If you need a little more help, feel free to ask for it.

Well, same error message when create and load new charactor's game , btw, i'm not using any bot, editor, etc...
