there is no "top" or "best" pk char. u might wanna be a little more specific.

Necros are very good against all chars
Blizz sorcs are pretty good if you hit your target
Trapsins are good but very gay duelers
...
Personally i like Necros

For PK I'd go with GA zon, if you're referring to pk and not PvP. I know you've only said "pk" but other people are saying PvP.

If you go with GA zon make sure you max only GA and very little in multi and strafe ***VERY LITTLE**** and get alot in CS, the dodge skills, penetrate and pierce
