Total Stats & Skills

Alright, I can't remember what quests give you extra stats or skills as a reward for completion. I also want to know if you didn't spend a single skill or stat until you reached 99 and did every quest, how many would you have saved up?

total skills I belive is 112 or 116.. somethingon that line

3 = den of evil
3 = rada
6 = izealsaskjashetuasggsda (act 4 angel, you know what Im talkinga bout)

Skills -
12 + 98 (lvl 1-lvl 99, 1 point per lvl, thus 98 since you dont get one at lvl 1) = 110 skill points

Stats -
490 (same concept as above, 98*5=490)

So, you don't get any stat points from quest rewards?
What about the quest in act 3 where the old man gives you a magical brew?
