Alright, thanks you guys. You where very very close, but nonetheless, you pointed me in the right direction.

Add user - "/f add Account"
Remove - "/f remove Account"
View List - "/f l"
Message List - "/f m talkytalky"

You type in whatever and press enter. Then press enter to open the chat box back up and press the up arrow key on your key board and WaaaLaaa theres the text that you just sent a second ago.

Lol, don't feel bad. Just last night, I was in an experimenting mood. I as well didn't know how to do that "spam" command. I ended up figuring it out.
