| Since you want a melee druid go with a werewolf, or werebear.
If you are looking for specifics look in the sticky for exact builds. It should give everything. Stats, skills, gear, bloodtype(joke), footsize(joke), and stradgy.
Welcome to Diablo forums.

| fury isnt as effective as it was in 1.09.
either go for a rabies (very fun), or a FC (also very fun).
sweaty orge probally knows a bit for the FC, so ask him.
do a seach for both, i know ive seen the threads.

| I personally would go with rabies and feral do multiple hits on targets or massive poison damage. Get a spirit (one that adds to AR, Oke Sage i think) and your good. might want to get a grizzly for a tanker.

| Make a Bear for PvP:
Max Bear
Max Lycanthropy
Max Fire Claws
Choose either Spirit of Wolverine or Oak Sage.
+Pre-reqs
Str: Enough to use the best armor you can afford, or SS. (156, I think)
Dex: 100 or more, your choice.
Vit: Rest
Eng: Base
Gear:
Armor: W/e you can afford. Uped Silks or Corpsemourn is nice.
Weapon: Preferably a 5 socket "Runemaster" Ettin Axe. Socket EVERY of the 5 sockets with a shael for 100% IAS. If you can't get a hold of this grab a 5 or 6 Socketed 1 hand wep. (Use Shaels)
Shield: Stormshield.
Helm: Jalal's or +4 Cerebrus, your choice there, I like Jalal's for the 30% Increased AR, and the 30% FHR.
Belt: Arach's..Slows target, this is nice.
Ring 1: Soj or BK first priority - Manald or Ravenfrost second.
Ring 2: Soj or BK first priority - Manald or Ravenfrost second. Depends on what you can afford.
Amulet: If you can't afford Soj or BK, I won't even bother with Mara's. Crescent Moon is incredible, High mana leech + life leech.
Boots: Aldur's, IK, Nat's. Whatever you have with 30+ Faster Run/Walk
Gloves: Soul Drainers, Drac's, w/e you can afford.
Charms: As many +Life SC's/LC's you can get your hands on.

| For a good fireclaws druid, put one point into lycanthropy, one into wolf, one into bear, and one into the prerequisites for Fire claws. Then you max fire claws and max all it's synergies.
For your weapon, use a 6 shaeled phase blade, SS, CoH, Shako, Angelic jewelry, Vergundo's belt, Mage fists, and Sandstorm Treks.
If you need me to elaborate on anything, I gladly will, but that's the basics of a FC bear. |

| hmm sounds interesting, ogre wouldnt a 5 soc runemaster be a better bet tho? just traded for one nl yesterday and was looking for a nice build for it. also nigma might be a good choice i think if u gonna go rabies. hit once or twice and tele away and come back for the final blow?! also i think a crafted blood ammy with +2 druid skills and duel leech might also be a good idea. also i guess u could stock up on poison small charms and use the bramble/trang glove combo. havnt tried it; ne one have ne feedback on this? sounds like a burly built

| you wont need to put as much str and dex in to use a phase blade though...and fc druids mainly focus upon +skill items. fire dammge will be better than phys.
actually, silence phase blade would be a nice alternative if u can find a way to break the ias bp's with different items.
andys helm
crafted duel gloves
+15/? jewels
or whatever you think is best

| No, 5 shaeled runemaster wouldnt be as good, because it wouldn't reach the same break point as 6 shaeled phase. |

| No, you can't get it from other gear, because it would mess you up. I believe you'd need 40 more ias, I'm not sure though, to reach the same BP. That's a lot of gear socketing/switching when you could put in more valuable things.
I don't know much about rabies builds aside from that I don't like them. I'm not sure how IAS works for rabies though. |
