Just the basics here. Depending on your build. zerk barb, frenzy ww, etc. I suggest that you go with this kind of build.
I've done everything solo in hell and never needed a hell rush for this barb.
Started hell at lvl 70 and never died.
If your going the eth valor route put 150 to str (base) items will boost you to over 300 str. Reason why my str is at 310 is because enigma adds 60 to str at lvl 82.
