zeal necro strat

this is for melee dueling only (zeal vs zeal)
20 bone armor
20 bone wall
20 bone prison
1 amplify dmg
1 deciprify
---rest is free

use a really good "dol ort eld lum" onehanded weapon (zerk probly)
gear should be for melee all out: ss, gaze/coa, coh/enigma, dungos/string, marrow walk, ias gloves

how to duel:
cast bonearmor, and amplify dmg on them
start zealing and if u see bonearmor fading away, cast it again

For about a bilion reasons this build will NOT work. For you to be successfull, you'll need ALOT of AR, which probably means Angelic Rings + Amulet (yes, both rings).
You'll also need ALOT of defense, so a CTA is needed, probably a Stone Runeword Armor. You'll have to use Marrows to give a benefit to Bone Armor (no points in bone prison). I'll think about this.

Necro does not have skills to improve dmg / ar on weapons, so this build is going to suck a lot.

And passion is "Dol Ort Eld Lem", not Lum.

Does the Enchant from that damn weapon work like a bug? You might also try to go Poison Dagger, but that takes days to kill with. Trust me, I've done/tried it.

i guess this build might work if you were against someone who just started playing d2 and actually started from a clean slate (audible gasp..didnt buy/inherit godly items!!!) and got into a duel with him/her..then you might win

A lvl 1 cant duel. so it will be like this: lvl 99 Owned by lvl 9

LOL The bone armor will not last against anything with good attack speed, you will be recasting all the time, but if this was done on a golem it would work. Ahhh nevermind this just is pointless. Anyways those items are good, but necros are just to damn slow, and weak for melee attacking. The main problem here is necros are designed to fight at a distance and have something blocking close for melee.

i'm on the side of it NOT working. sure the bone armer and maybe amp but i can't see a necro going against other zealers and winning. i agree that necros are casters and should always be casters
