COTA-GoD says that 194 dex for max block in his hammerdin guide ...

N_ says that 125 dex for max block in his hammerdin guide ...

which one is true?

They are both wrong since its level based. You do the math:

Total Blocking % = [Blocking x (Dexterity – 15)] / (Character Level x 2)

didnt know at the formula ... guess i deserve to do the math !

COTA-GoD is rite on his part ... using the formula ... n with Hoz, 194 dex n lvl 90

believe that N_ is rite too ... not sure cos there is still Holy Shield to consider ...

well .. sorry for doubting their guide ... forgive mi COTA-GoD n N_ !

tot the char lvl part wasnt important ...
