I'd say summoner's guide might be the best.. or nova necro

Yes, summoner is the best PvM necro build when you have little gear to use. Check out my guide in the stickies. For gear substitutes use:

Helmet: Lore or +2 summon circlet
Armor: Spirit shroud or viper magi
Weapons: +3 summon wand (ez to shop for) and a +2 to all necro skills or +3 to summon skills head
Amulet: +1 to all skills or summoning skills
Boots: fast run/walk boots with reisits/ life
rings: i doubt youll have sojs so use resits/life rings
belt: FHR/life belt
