Can't log in

I have a problem, where I attempt to log on into battle.net, I click connect to battle.net and I get stuck at the point of querying gateway...etc....etc....etc to checking versions, I get stuck at "Connecting to Fastest Server", then I get an error message stating I havent been connected to the internet, when i am. I believe it is a trojan on my computer, but when i attempt to delete, it won't allow me to do so. I have logged in previously and had the problem.


(oh yeah i downloaded some maphack programs, i probably deserve having this)


Can anyone help me get back on battle.net and playing?

Oh and ive tried, the

Anti-Virus: http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ No Download, free, and consantlly updated

done spyware and returned no results.

Also tried AVG 6.0 and returned the same trjoan result from housecall but it wouldn't let me destroy it, I beleive that trojan is reason i can't log in.

i had the EXACT same problem this weekend... i couldnt get on to USEast for over 48 hours.....I started playing Efta [ mod server] and checked it this morning [useast] and i was able to get on...

Its WoW's fault.

I had this problem once. I went into registry and delted my Battle.net key thing. And relogged on and it went away.

about that virus, just drag it onto a floppy disk, works for me, then either give it to a friend to annoy him, or trash the floppy disk (I was j/k about giving it to a firend )

THat happened to me, just wait it out
