Can someone layout a good elemental druid for me?

ok, some people have confused wind druids with ele druids. Do you mean a REAL element druid, or do you want a wind druid, we can move on from there.

FOR A WIND DRUID:
Equipment:
Helm: Um'd shako
Shield: i use Lidless with a Um rune
Weap: HoTo (perferably 35+)
Weap 2: CTA w/ a +skill shield
Belt: Spider Sash
Ammy: Maras (perferably 25+)
Rings: 2X SOJ'S
gloves: magefists
Aromor: enigma (low strengh one, dusk-archon-wyrmhide)

Stats:
Strngh: enough to use gear
Dex: enough to equip gear (probally none with the gear i listed)
Vita: TONS, everything else
Energy: i use base, with CTA i get to 750+

Charms:
Use as many Ele gc's u can get (should have good mods like fhr, life). Also use vitas or some resists charms

You know what....use VizjereiMage's build, basically the same but his is better.
