290 = a small charm that does 290 posion damage
3/20/20 = a small charm with +3 max damage, 20 attack rating, and 20 to life

I dont see why they were worth so much because 3 to dmg is barely anythingl, 20 to ar doesn't do much, and 20 life hardly helps when enemies do 10x that much.
