mf affect bosseS?

i just heard that mf dont help u find any better items on mf (that mf dont work on bosses) is that true? if so i can use my duel chars and still get the same items. that would b nice :sly

It does affect bosses. MF would be sorta pointless if it didn't. Definately go full MF on them. Oh and andy's quest drop resets so you will always get the good drop.

I'm not sure on this, but I'm assuming it means that every time you do Andy, the drop rate goes back to as if you were doing her for quest.

Ok here let me put this way on what boss drops best...

I found shako and ss in same drop on mephisto, found valor off of him once, and 2 CoA's.

Find 3-4 tals armor's off of pindy a week same with tals ammies.

Found 3 CoA's off of Andy.


Note: All of these are ONLY from beginning of March to the current date. About 20 290's worth of other stuff has been found too, but nothing major.

mf DOES NOT affect bosses and some superunique's drops

get the same results off meph with 0% mf as u would with 1000%

part of what you say is true kungfu, it doesnt afftect what kind of item drops.

But it does affect what quality of the item dropped, say if meph dropped a bone knife. Player a has no mf, gets a magical bone knife. Player a would have a better chance of a uniqe wiz spike in the same situation if he had mf (It doesnt make elite items drop more either, only the quality)

Thats very true but my friend has 650% MF and i think the best we've gotton on meph is probly wourth 4 290's. it sucks!

the best boss to get good stuff off in baal and diablo... with 200% mf i always get 1 or 2 uniques off em, thats just me tho...

i got my Pus Spitter Crossbow on Ryski with someone with 250%, on 0% i got nowt, facing Andariel on Nightmare...
