Frozen Orb Sorc Build! Help!!

Okay, i have a level 6 cold sorc and before I screw her up, lol can anyone tell me what I should max first and what order? cause FO only get synergies from ice bolt, and ice bolt gets synergies from other skills ..so what should I max first and second and third etc..?

The synergies Ice Bolt gets in no way influence how much damage your frozen orb will do. As far as skills go, the only ones that affect how much damage your orb will do are Cold Mastry, Frozen Orb, and Ice Bolt.

As far as order goes, dump points in Ice Bolt and the other crucial skills you will be using (like warmth, teleport, ect.) and then when you obtain the ability to put points in Forb & CM at level 30, put a point into cold mastry, and then max Forb. Then after that, max the other two.

This used to be true in 1.09. However, in 1.10, Cold Mastery has changed. Now, maxing cold mastry allows you to take their cold resistance into the negatives (with -100% being the lower cap). So you need at least -170% cold res for PvM to keep all the monsters you will encounter at -100% cold res.
