Here's a image of an error I got on my comp while playing d2, it does this whenever I go to enter throne of destruction ( area where you enter to baal), and if I go through tp, back out, and through again to go to something involving baal.

Ok, I decided to take Zoltar567's advice and reinstall, and I'm right now going to see if it still does it.

It likely will...not to ruin what you tried or anything, but countless attempts to get them to go away, via installs, registry edits, etc, have all failed.
