| Help I re-installed Diablo II LoD but I can't play it because whenever I start it up I get an error saying I don't have Directdraw...I have been looking for this but none of the downloads I have tried have worked.
My friend sent me a file, a copy of directdraw but I don't know what to do with it. when I double click it makes me do "open with" and I suck with computers when it comes to "techy stuff"
I really want to start playing so any help would be greatly appreciated. :grunt |

| That's where I went first, my information bar thing doesn't pop up (it used to) and the alternate method...I don't know what code I am supposed to enter.
And when it says hit 'continue' to go to the validation process I got a "page cannot be displayed" |

| There is no page, it's a direct download link. If you can't open a direct download than there are bigger problems with your computer than just Direct Draw failing to load.

| Well do you have any idea what's wrong or how to fix it?
I recently had to do a system recovery, so maybe that helps?

No idea, and I don't have the time to help you unfortunately. I have a plan to catch in 2 hours, so I must be heading out. I am sure Zoltar could probably help you out. So I will leave you in his capable hands.

| Make sure you have the right video drivers, and they are upto date. Check with Windows Update to make sure you have all the latest updates for your PC. If you are still having troubles, post a snap shot of the error, or more information about the error and we will try to help you more from there.
