| The coolest looking helm in my opinion is arreats, but only if your a barb!!
Or any kind of skull helm, like Delirium helm!!
I also prefer to have a backup helm, for when you need something that give better +(example: warcries), more then what you normally wear, just like what people will usually do with their weapons!!
I hope thats a frenzy barb, because I can't tell if it is from the size of it.
