| anybody have, or know where i can/find get diablo's laugh, you know that evil laugh he does during the start up for Diablo I, ive tried searching for it but cant seem to find it, im hoping someone here knows?
really no one? no one at all? damn.

| Dont worry about it.
If you have Diablo installed ill tell you what i told other people looking for sound files.
Get a direct audio recorder, start the record, open Diablo, wait for the noise, the n turn it off. You can then cut the mp3 to your specifications.
Or you can get this MPQ viewer and try to find the wav file of the laugh. http://www.angelfire.com/sc/mpq/

| the 'evil laught' is in a splash(install,play,uninstall,install dx,...) not in the game
so, i cant get it from MPQ
tryed using the win sound recorder, but just get a low quality drums :/ | |

| What you could try doing is downloading some shareware (hard to find decent freeware) that records through your sound card. I had a good one that only let me record up to 30 secs, and that was my only limitation!
Just FIND the right settings to record at (takes time if you want a good one) and it can be done.

I have also been looking for this sound file. I joined this website just so I could download these two files here. I have always wanted this to be the sound that plays when I start-up windows. For some reason the two zips on this thread are empty after I open them post download. What is the deal? Does anyone know of any other files or ways to get this file?
