D2 Soundtrack

I'm one of the few d2 players who actually appreciates the soundtrack and there's a piece in the act 2 desert that the site [www.battle.net/diablo2exp] left out. you know, when it gets into the mellow flute part, thats one of my favorite music clips and its not in the soundtrack. i wonder why it got cut out? is there a way to take the sound, voice and music files and turn them into mp3s or at least record them?
i'd appreciate any help given.

What you could do is get recording software that records all sound coming from your soundcard. So turn off SFX and turn music all the way up and let it record.
As far as getting the raw files. I dont know how to do it. if its even possible.

But there isn't a way to turn down just the SFX, it says "sound vol" and "music vol", and the sound vol turns both down.

unless theres a way to do it manually.

its not necessary to do that though i can just stand there and let it record. ill probably have to do it with my mic since i dont know of any software that records just the sounds on the computer.
