| i think CB. dunno why maybe cause i never bothered gearing up an open wounds char lol. But u can do Ubers with smiter.
So i think CB > OW

99% of the time you will want damage direct than damage over time.

| crushing blow cuz you have that chance to deliver a high power attack (espicially if your a zerker barb)

| Crushing Blow. Open wounds do little dmg, Crushing blow are far bettter, in my opinion. | |

| Crushing blow is far better for enemies with vast amounts of life, as it takes away life as a %. Open wounds is good in duels, when the damage you do is usually reduced to very little, and OW isn't reduced, so you keep doing damage. I think OW stacks as well, not sure though.

| CB. Open Wounds can be very good stacked on a BvB character, but overall Crushing Blow gives more of a benefit. imo

| Sometimes Open Wounds really helps against enemies that have an annoying habbit of continuously healing themselfs over time. But yeah CB can be handy against monsters with insane amounts of life. I say it's good to have a little of both. | |
