Yeah but that is a nezmod reference. There is a skill in it called Javelin Hail.

It takes one spear, and magically makes a ring of spears around the zon. The spears fly out and instantly damage any nearby target, ignoring defense. Also adds a small damage increase.

The barb would be dead if he teleported, because he would be standing still for a split second. Plus, the javazon has Evade and a shield.
