| Level 93- 13k damage with all the regular cookie cutter gear and cta. No charms.
For damage, a viper blugeon (I think), is what you should get. It has like +pally, +concentration, +hammer and stuff. | |

| It's probably roughly 17k. It's dependent on whether you use all +skills weapons (2 pally, 3 concent, 3 hammer, etc) vs. using a hoto, which gives fcr, resists, etc. Getting to 17k won't be cheap either. | |

the highest possible with + skills gear and charms is 18k

| when i was talking about hacked items it was mostly regarding edited characters on open or single player.
again, best possible is 18k and you have to have the best gear. viper bludgeon is the only way to get there. | |
