Bearsorc Enchantress help

I am making a PvP BearSorc. I have tryed this several times but always get side tracked, and never complete it.
My question are is this the best gear? If not please help. Also in skills, energy shield does not work in bear form .... am I right or wrong?

My gear as of the moment is:
Helm - Dream
Armor - Chains of Honor
Belt - Verdungo
Amulet - Maras
Rings - Bul Kathos
Boots - Gores
Gloves - Magefist
Weapon - Beast Zerker/Call to Arms
Shield - Dragon/Spirit (maybe 4x 5/5 fire die facet)

Charms:
9x Fire skill, Anni, Torch

Skills:
Warmth - 20
Enchant - 20
Fire Mastery - 20
Fire Ball - 20
Static - 1
Telekineses - 1
Teleport - 1
Frozen Armor - 1
Chilling Armor - 1
Shiver armor - 1

Rest into: (if energy shield works)
Charged bolt - 1
Lightning - 1
Chain Lightning - 1
Energy Shield - rest

Or:

Fire bolt - rest

Is this decent or is something really messed up?

OK thanks. I would try a barb but I can't stand them personally.

EDIT: Anyone ever try a Pallybear? If the auras work, why not have Concentration maxed, with the Fanaticism it would own, maybe even Conviction.

i would love to do a pallybear if the auras worked, but what would be attack? norm attack or could you use zeal?

prebuff gear--
helm: +3 fire skill circlet with 2x 5/-X Fire Facets
armor: perfect enchant ormus with 5/-X Fire Facet
weapon: +2 Fire Skill, +3 Enchant Orb with 2x 5/-X Fire Facets
shield: Lidless with 5/-X Fire Facet
glove: Magefist
belt: spider
jewellery: sojs + 3 fire amulet

charms: 9x fire skill gcs anni torch

i pull off close to 70k zeal when i do full prebuff. very strong. tele around alot with the aura so people think 'o a light sorc' they charge in and bam. 1 hit kill
