i just found a really good thing for sorces (i guess) well you need a 6 socket armour,weapon,(4)shield and a 4 socket helm, 2 sojs and a 3 to cold skills ammy,and charms here it is (WARNING:VERY EXPENSIVE)

tis is a good PKING build

you need 20 facets, put them in all your armour/weapons preferably a mace because you can do mad damamge(melee)

here are the usual stats of a cold facet,
100% chance to cast level 37 blizzard when you die(that means 1 blizzard for each facet and yes they do stack up)
adds 24-38 cold damamge(x20 also)
+5 cold skill and -5 enemy cold resist(x20)

if you add the +5 skills(for 2 sojs/+3 cold skills ammy) and if you have 5-6 cold charms you get +10-11 to skills,

i havent figured out the boots/gloves you should use but if you add all the levels you get 30 to orb/ w/e skill you use and it is doubled by the 100% cold skills dammage and you ALso have synergies

please leave some feedback and flaws i have.

this build is extremly expensive lol but it is worth it

Think about how much damamge you would do with 20 level 37 blizzards and around 1k per spike AND you also have cold mastery so they will die within 1 orb lol, and even if they kill you they will die by the blizzards :goofy :goofy

Not all that new, only problem is your defence will suck pretty much, as well as resists. I did this with the Griswald set for a Pally. He had all poison die facets. It really sucks, good for suicide pvp.

Add in a torch, anni (of course).

The way I figure it you would need 17 of the facets:
6 socket scepter (6)
4 socket monarch (10)
3 socket demon head helm (13)
4 socket dusk shroud (17)

FLAW: If you are fighting against a barb with the following gear:

P Nord's Tenderizer x2 (Jah'd)
P raven frost x2

P Kira's Guardian (+100%) (Thul'd)
P Metalgrid (+35%)
Snowclash (+15% max cold resist)
Enigma (any type)
Duped rare boots with high resists
Dracul's grasp gloves

Charms:
P torch
P Anni
Inventory filled with p "Sapphire small charm of vita"s

Results:
70% cold absorb
+647% cold resist (and max raised to 90%)
+740 hp.

Backup weapons: two p BO cta (+4 BO each) or failing that two HOTO.

They would be completely immune to anything you throw at them.

Yay for builds meant to take out certain builds!

Only thing I see useful in the Griswald Set is to make a suicide character.

contrary to popular belief you will still need fast cast to teleport, if you really wanted a sorc with neg to enemy resists, use a metalgrid ammy, and make an IG out of infinity, get a LR charge wand on switch, or if you can find a 20% fcr, 2 socket wand with another decent mod like +mana. my build would be as such;
Nightwing Veil 5/5 facet, metalgrid ammy, Doom war spike(-60% cold res), breast plate enigma, sanctuary troll nest, soj x2, arachnid mesh belt, magefist, sandstorm treks, then i would iron golem an Infinity using metal grid.
as for a merc, act 3 cold merc, 6 socket phase blade 5/5 cold facets, sanctuary troll nest, nightwing veil, and skin of viper magi, both with 5/5 facets.
skill wise, ice bolt x 20, frozen orb x 20, cold mastery x20, 10 telekenisis, 10 warmth, , 1 into energy shield energy shield, and stack either warmth or telekenisis
9 cold skillers with life/ fhr to reach breakpoint of your desire, sc's of vita/res/fhr/whatever you need.
hellfire and anni,
total lvl orb 42 orb and cold mastery
24 warmth, other synergies set at how many actual points you put into them.
go forth and dominate

hmm well i forgot that they didnt have 6 socket armours lol sry bout that but still your dammage would be like 400 at lvl 20(around) and you can add the torch,anni,sojs,3 cold skills etc.... and do the math lol BUT you wouldnt have good res,fcr,fhr

you would'ent have 400 dmg at lvl 20, cus the lvl req of a Facet = 49... Anyway, a normal Orber can get more than 1,5k dmg each spike on orb.. And since there is alot of spikes, then i think it would be a waste to get all that facets... becouse:

Facet NW= 20% add cold dmg + 2 all skills + more, Facet Helm = 15% add dmg if all facets is P.. Facet Df = 35% add dmg if P + 3 soec skills. 6 Sox Weap with 6 Facets = 30 % add dmg if all P.. fAcet Shield = 20 add dmg, But many Shield add better stuff than dmg.. facet Storm got 15% less dmg add, but then it got 35% DR!!, res, better block and its Cheaper.. So Facet everything isent really that good ..

Then the Facets give some - res too , but colds sorc allready got mastery ,... So unless you come by a Savior then it would make Close to no difference at all ... also if you is so lucky to meet a good Savior then the chance that it makes any differece what you use is small, becouse he is made to kill you :P
