I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or what, but i have all quests done in act 3 except for 3 and 6. It wont let me smash the orb, and it already says kill Mephisto. Why cant i smash the orb?
You need to get all Khalim's body parts, then get the flail and destroy the orb with it.

You missed one of the items, as in heart, eye, brain, flail, transmute it in the cube smash the orb go pimp smack meph go threw the portal in the center you get to act 4. Simple easy.
