Has this glitch been patched?

Anybody know if the zon "Fend" bug has been fixed?

For all those unfamiliar with it this particular glitch happens whenever one of your fend hits (You hit all nearby opponents) gets a critical strike (From the passive critical strike skill). What then proceeds to happen is that all the attacks after the one that did get it's critical strike are all automatic misses.

If it isn't that's just like Blizzard. Fix the glitches that are helpful, ignore the ones that are harmful, and they hope nobody will ever notice.
