This is a link to an ias calculator, i found it on Arreat Summit i remember people asking about how fast they'll attack and frame breaks so here it is, it didnt take too long to find and maybe it will help some people.

I use sweaty's when I need it, it has ALL the equations/calculators...

It doesnt hlp to much nowadays since it has none of the runewords ppl use if it was updated it might be of some use.
