Question about being Banned

Storyline:

1) MF'd some good stuff with a dirty maphacked Cd-Key
2) Unistall D2
3) Changed the Cd-Key
4) Made a new clean Mule account with the clean Cd-Key
5) Unistall D2
6) Re-installed D2 using the old Cd-Key
7) MF some more, transfered findings to the clean mule with the dirty key
9) Dirty Cd-Key get banned
10) Does my clean account, and my clean Cd-Key get banned with the dirty one?

Also is running multiple D2 on one computer still safe? Is it detectable?

If they ban your IP then it dosent matter now does it?

If your not worried about IP, then yes, your clean account would be safe.
