The Truth About Standard Of Heros
Just to clear things up, it is a small charm that is supposed to give +4 all skills once your lvl 90. I dont know if it does anymore or not, but i do know that you can hold more than one.

That is not the real use to SOH, if it was everyone would've known their skills are doing 1000 more damage.

Yes it is i have one and it works for me. My Zeal is 30 without it, and 34 with it on. And just about everyone does over 1000 dmg

kid i have like 5 on one level 92 character and why don't i have level 100 skills? because your lieing... don't post threads that are so blatantly false that you can't get anyone to fall for it...
