guy what does they mean by pem or unpem runes ?? how you perm the runes?

Wow you all failed spelling didn't you? People perm stuff because they don't want them to get deleted because they might be duped.

I never really got how or why they permed runes...and in most cases, the duped ones still poofed on my friends who ''permed'' them.

You go into trade and then exit game to perm. As simple as that.
