Pally, but melee. Back when I used to chase down Diablo Clone for annis (duh) I could never kill him ( Yeah I suck ) So special D-Clone killers helped me out! There was this one melee pally. Weird gear, very interesting. Kill diablo 40 secs. I guess thats a low speed too from what I've gathered. lol

i agree with cappy... Melee pally is by far the fastest... I guess all you do is go mass % damage to demon gear ... From what i hear the record for killing dclone is somewhere around 19-20 seconds....

A Javazon can kill in under 10 sec i belive.. So Javazon should be the Fastes..

Dclone has like 500k health so yeah 135k per second. There had to have been several chars to do that.

i believe he has 675k health, with would make 135k damage per second. If he had 500k health, like you said, it would be 100k per second. I dont see how it would be possible at all to get dclone down in 5 seconds. even if you had % to demon gear, it still isnt really possible.

500% more damage against demons would do wonders against D Clone.

he still has 50% dr, which means you would have to do 270k damage. Lets say a pally with all the fag damage against deamons does 4k damage, zeal, so its like, what, 4 hits a second, now, lets say with the 500% damage vs deamods brings that up to 5.5k damage, so thats 4*5.5=22k damage per second, now, lets count in the 50% dr, 11k damage per second, thats FAR off from 270k

I think a VERY LUCKY javazon can do it in less than 5 sec..
8800 max dmg +skill from gear and charms. Add 30% (Facet Griffon and Storm)=11440
11440*12 bolts= 137280 max dmg..
Now Conviction and -res from gear bring Dc to -35 light res = 185328 Max dmg each hit!
With 35 ias u hit 11 Frames per attack, 2,2 attacks a sec.. 185328*2,2= 407721 Dmg Each sec.. Or Call it Diablo Clone Pwned in 2 sec! ... (Note: ONLY IF U ARE FREAKING LUCKY,AND HIT MAX! DMG EACH HIT!)

Were talking solo, not a team, how would he get conviction. i really dont think you could pile on enough -res gear to get from 75 to -35 unless its full facet gear, in which, you lose all the other stats, and you wont really gain any damage.

There is the Runeword... cant remember name, but merc can hold it in a weap and then -5 from Facet Storm, -15 from Tstokes and -20 from Facet Griffon..
Edit: Runewords name is Infinity.. it give lvl 12 Conviction + 1 from Bc=lvl 13= -90 enemy res.
